Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?<\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/div>

We suggest positioning the Audio Guestbook in a quieter area of your Venue away from the loud music, but bear in mind not too far away that it gets forgotten about. Find that perfect spot and spread the word<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Can my Audio Guestbook be set-up outside?<\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/div>

Yes, it can but you need to carefully consider the following points:
Check the weather forecast, and if absolutely zero chance of rain in the forecast, then we can set it up outside<\/p>

If outside on a dry day, ideally the Audio Guestbook & Booth should be set-up in a shaded area so as not to cook the electronics in the Telephone<\/p>

Note: A few drops of rain can damage the Booth and Telephone and leave you with a hefty replacement bill commodi numquam, error, est. Ea, consequatur.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

We prefer to deliver and set-up the Audio Guestbook and Booth on the morning of your Event so that we can plug in and test the Telephone before we leave<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

We tend to be led by you letting us know when you are ready, or back from Honeymoon in some cases so that our Parcel is not left abandoned on your doorstep<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

This is an important question to ask
We recommend you ask you Event Organiser, Caterer or DJ \/Band to announce at various points of the day to remind Guests<\/p>

Note: We can also Hire you a free-standing light up sign that you can place in the Main Room reminding Guests to visit the Guestbook and leave a Message<\/p>

Don\u2019t presume Guests know what an Audio Guestbook is \u2013 Spread the word and ask Guests to visit the Booth and see how it works<\/p>

Tell your Guests what it means to you if they leave a Telephone Message for you<\/p>

Let your Guests know that the Message can be a funny one, piece of Marriage advice, a Memory, etc \u2013 It doesn\u2019t have to be all serious<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>
